Adobe Creative Cloud Plans: All Apps vs Single App vs Acrobat

Which Adobe subscription actually fits — the All Apps math, single-app sweet spots, and the Acrobat-only case.

Adobe pricing punishes guessing. The same Creative Cloud access costs wildly different amounts depending on which plan shape you pick — here is the actual decision tree.

PlanYou getBest for
Single AppOne app (Ps, Ai, Pr, Ae…) + 100 GB cloudOnly use one tool, seriously
All Apps20+ apps + fonts + cloudAnyone using 2+ apps
Acrobat ProPDF editing onlyDocument workflows, not design
Photography planLightroom + PhotoshopPhotographers — cheapest way to get Ps

The breakeven math

A single-app plan plus any second Adobe tool already costs more than All Apps in most regions. If you ever open two Adobe products, All Apps wins. The only exceptions: pure photographers (Photography plan is cheaper than either) and pure PDF editors (Acrobat Pro alone).

Yearly vs monthly keys

  • •Yearly redemption codes — best value, one payment, done
  • •Monthly plans — flexibility for project-based work
  • •Keys activate on your own Adobe account — you control it

Watch the version

Creative Cloud keys are subscription time, not a perpetual license — the app stops when time runs out. Check the duration in the product name before buying.
