Unused wallet balance is refundable within 14 days of the deposit — no questions asked. Open a support ticket with your deposit transaction ID. Once any portion of a deposit has been spent on orders, that deposit is no longer eligible for this guarantee.
License keys are digital goods delivered instantly. Once a key has been delivered and revealed, it cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. All sales are generally final — but we stand behind every key we deliver.
We issue a wallet refund or instant replacement when: a delivered key is invalid or revoked (reported within 7 days of purchase), a duplicate key was delivered, a technical error caused double-charging, or delivery failed entirely. Cryptocurrency deposits are refundable under the Unused Balance Guarantee (Section 1). After 14 days or once spent, deposits are non-refundable to the original wallet — but balance never expires and can be used for any purchase or withdrawn in exceptional verified cases.
If a deposit is refunded or reversed, the associated referral commission is also reversed from the referrer's balance.
Since payments are in cryptocurrency, chargebacks are not possible. Abuse of the refund process — claiming working keys as invalid, mass refund requests, or refund farming — results in account suspension and forfeiture of associated balance.
Refunds are processed at admin discretion after verification, but our target is simple: legitimate issues are always resolved — by instant replacement, wallet credit, or full refund. Average resolution time is under 24 hours.
